MAPC youth focuses on deepening the faith of its members. Through service, worship, fellowship, and scholarship, youth are prepared to take the next step in their journey of faith.
Mid-week and weekend events
Weekly service opportunity
Monday’s 4:30-6 pm at James Lennox House
Youth are encouraged to join us each week as we pour into the community of residents at James Lennox House – an independent living environment for seniors. They will be tasked with helping the residents with their technological needs and keeping them company during our visit by playing board games, doing arts & crafts, and chatting.
James Lennox House is located at 49 E. 73rd St. New York, NY 10021
Weekly Youth Group
Monday’s 6-7 PM on the 5th floor
Middle and High Schoolers are invited to join a youth group each Monday evening following the service opportunity at James Lennox House. Even if youth are not able to attend the service portion, we would love them to join us for dinner and youth group!
Sunday’s
6th-12th grade students are invited to attend the main worship service Sunday mornings at 10:30 am.
Each month, youth will go out to eat following the service as a group along with Maddie Samuelian, the Children’s & Youth Ministry Director. Please email Maddie at mrs@mapc.com to be added to the email list notified of upcoming lunches and events. We will meet in the Church House Lobby immediately following the service on Sunday’s we head out to lunch.
